What is HDI PCB
HDI is abbreviation of high density interconnect,circuit boards are printed circuit boards with a higher wiring density per unit area than traditional printed circuit boards.
HDI Boards contain blind and/or buried vias and often contain microvias of .006 or less in diameter. They have a higher circuitry density than traditional circuit boards.
