A multilayer PCB, or Printed Circuit Board, is an electronic component that consists of multiple layers of conductive material (typically copper) sandwiched between layers of insulating material (such as fiberglass epoxy resin).
There are 8 main steps in PCB assembly:Material preparation and review,Component placement,Wave soldering,Template preparation,Solder paste template,SMC/THC layout,Reflow soldering,Quality inspection.
There are three main types of PBC assembly processes.
1.Through hole technology assembly process
2.Surface mount technology assembly process
3.Mixed technology assembly process
